Erin is a proud graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management. She joined JAG Housing in August 2018 after meeting Joe in 2008 while working as a sales representative for his food business.
Since then, Erin has become the heart of JAG Housing, managing everything from leasing and marketing to resident support and day-to-day operations. She works year-round to ensure our apartments are well-maintained and our residents have the best possible living experience.

Joe Gushen is the owner of JAG Housing and has been in the off campus student housing business for nearly 30 years, restoring Downtown Bloomsburg since 1998. His hard work, vision, and hands-on approach have helped shape JAG into what it is today. Joe is actively involved in every property, making sure each one is well maintained, up to date, and designed to give students the best possible living experience.
