This is building is undergoing a 3 year restoration in the heart of our Downtown district, in the middle of the shuttle loop and just a short walk to campus. Comprised of very unique one to five person units every one a different floor plan. Currently some original units, some new.



Like all of our downtown properties, we feel that we have the ultimate enviromentally green buildings while preserving our Downtown Historic district. We Accomplish this by not tearing down the existing structure and filling our landfills, or plowing under green space to build a new box building, but to repurpose our buildings into Top Quality, Highly Efficient BU student housing. 

While working with Bloomsburg Historic committee to meet their criteria, we rebuild the structure to meet and exceed current building codes resulting in very unique and stylish units. No two are the same. Most people like to think outside the box, why would you want to live inside one?
